Lilly rotated triangle RST 90 degrees counterclockwise around the origin. If angle R is 100 degrees and angle T is 50 degrees, what is the degree measurement of angle T'?

helppppp

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

do you have any corresponding images to go along with this question? As we do not have dimensions as of now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I don't this is all they gave

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

hmm, interesting...are you a Calculus 1 student?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope geometry

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

oh right, I see, T\(\prime\) is merely asking what angle T is going to be measured at after the triangle has been rotated on the origin. I see now

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

So this is kind of a trick question. No matter how much you rotate the triangle, in whichever direction, the angle measurements will always stay the same!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but what is the degree of t tho

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

angle T is 50 degrees. that's what is stated in the problem

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Here, I can give you a visual of what this looks like
