I believe it would be A because the rule is when the word does not end with a s, add a apostrophe then a s :) Understand?

Possessive nouns indicate that there is ownership. That specific ownership and how it is to be used is what we are trying to find here.

An example for the usage of possessive noun could be:

Ronald's car wouldn't start this morning.
Alexis' mother served ten years in the U.S. Army.

Notice how in one you add the apostrophe and "s" whereas the other you only add the apostrophe? This is because Alexis already has an "s" at the end of it. So in this case, you add the apostrophe to it. Ronald doesn't have an s at the end of it. Which is why it would make a little more sense to add the apostrophe and an "s" to it.
