Which is a way that monarchs gained legitimacy for their governments? A. tradition B. consumerism C. direct democracy D. mercantilism
D. mercantilism
Can you explain how you got that answer?
wait just a sec...im making sure :)
wait I believe its A. tradition
NOt A...
O_O not...omg...what is it then?
option D is correct.... because Mercantilism was a popular economic philosophy in the 17th and 18th centuries. In this system, the British colonies were moneymakers for the mother country.... and its main example is that of FRENCH REVOLUTION... so i will click on option D here...
guess I was wrong....so it was D!? never change your instincts...-_- I should have stayed with D...
The answer is A. Tradition. Monarchs justified their power by referring to tradition, royal blood lines, and divine favor as their reasons for being legitimate governors.
So is it A or D?
D, two people said d...so I would go with it bu, what do you think it is?
am sure about my answer.... i will go with D here..
Mercantilism is an economic theory and has nothing to do with how monarchs justify their legitmacy. I am positive you are incorrect paki. The only answer that makes sense is A. Tradition.
I am going with D
@cjb393 lol Mercantilism = the Main Economic System.. :)
and it was the way they gained legitimacy for their governments...
im going with @paki on this one...its d
mercantilism developed logically from the changes inherent in the decline of feudalism, the rise of strong national states, and the development of a world market economy. mercantilism was in a sense a reaction to the absolute monarchy of the time, it CERTAINLY was not a justification of legitimacy used by monarchs.
@cjb393 paki's smartscore is 99...I believe what he is saying is true
on his name is also "The Immortal One" he is boss at history...im pretty sure he knows what he's doing
o.O
XD
The titles don't mean anything to mean. Neither does the smartscore
@paki is the best one to go with he helped me on one of my tests and i passed so i would go with paki's answer.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divine_right_of_kings I believe the answer is A tradition.
The divine right of kings or divine right is a political and religious doctrine of royal and political legitimacy
Those are just part of labeling people and making us feel like we are not the same. I don't accept things like that. So if you don't mind @AskMeLotss , keep that out of here
-_- buddy...understand that smartscore means that they are either super good at this or that they need more work
Well now I see this as a problem between me and you. A point of difference in the way we see things
buddy...if your trying to tell me off, its not working, my job here is to help, not go around listening to a scolding by you
i like to settle things like that
@cjb393 it has nothing to do with the Divine right of kings...
okay im done. its D
Which is a way that monarchs gained legitimacy for their governments? A. Tradition. The divine right of kings or divine right is a traditional political and religious doctrine of royal and political legitimacy. This answer makes way more sense than mercantilism.
exactly its d, why are we even arguing in the first place, look all I said is that smartscore just means you worked hard to get up to that point geesh, stop being a brat about it
It's not an argument. All i wanted to do was simple compare our points of view on the matter
GUYS.... posting a reply that is not relevant to the topic of the post is AGAINST the code of conduit of open study.... so be nice, please...
I agree with paki on this...goodbye
@cjb393 moderators here can see the DELETED comments too... so please, be positive...
just be nice all the way around
There was nothing negative in my deleted comment, just not relevant which is why it was deleted. Have a nice day, and I still think the answer is A.
