7. What is differential heating? Where is the sun’s incoming solar radiation the strongest? Where is it the least?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Differential heating is the term used to explain the ways sunlight heats the Earth's zones differently depending on tilt, revolution around the sun and daily rotation.

the equator ;) and...

the poles

For your last 2 questions, we can answer that in terms on latitude. Zones with low values, from (0 to 23) degrees receive the greatest amount of solar radiation, that is, from Equator to the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. The least amount of the radiation would be at altitudes 90 Degrees, which are the position of the poles.
