Is there a name for this?

If a series converges starting from n=C+K, then it would also converge starting from n=C. E.g. If a series converges starting from n=250, then it would also converge starting from n=1.

Just a name for this theorem if it exists ... (hope I expressed the theory I'm talking about clearly enough to understand)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(C and K are positive integers)

Yes, this is a math question... I want to know the name of this theory

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have never heard of this having a name it is rather obvious since there is only a finite number of other terms, has nothing to do with the convergence

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, I know ... the difference is a partial sum from n=C to n=C+k, which is some constant, and in terms of convergence that makes no difference.... maybe the "convergence theory" ?

I looked over my textbook; didn't find ...
