How do you find another zero when you have one already. Ex: 1 - 6i is a zero of f(x) = x4 - 2x3 + 38x2 - 2x + 37.

when a complex number is a zero of a function, it's conjugate is also a zero. that means, since 1 - 6i is a zero, 1 + 6i is another zero

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you get how to do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try this x4−2x3+38x2−2x+37=0

Thanks a lot
