How do you solve the following trigonometric equation. Prove : sin y + sin y cot^2 y = csc y I don't get why the sin in front of the cot^2y becomes a 1 .. Can someone please explain it in detail . Please and thank you .

write it out in terms only of sin's and cos's first and it should simplify
