OpenStudy (baru):

torque

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking it was moment of force..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but wait both have the same unit right..??

OpenStudy (baru):

i think both mean the same thing

OpenStudy (baru):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torque

OpenStudy (baru):

torque = force * distance

OpenStudy (baru):

you should be able to figure out the units from that^

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

The wording of the question is a bit weird. I would not answer torque, though it may be the answer your teacher is expecting. Torque is the ACTION itself, not the EFFECT of this action. The effect is namely Angular momentum.
