483/24=20.125 ya can't have part of a basket so you round up to 21

\[\large \bf 24~rolls \rightarrow 1~basket\] \[\large \bf 1~roll \rightarrow \frac{1}{24}~basket\] \[\large \bf 483~rolls \rightarrow \frac{483}{24}=20.125~baskets\] So,we need 21 baskets to have all 483 rolls in them
