Solve the inequality. 2(4x – 3) ≥ –3(3x) + 5x? x ≥ 0.5 x ≥ 2 (–∞, 0.5] (–∞, 2]

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

2*4x-2*3>-9x+5x 8x-6> -4x 8x+4x>6 12x>6 So x>=6/12

OpenStudy (xmissalycatx):

First you will want to distribute your 2 to everything in your parentheses.. you'd get 8x - 6 greater than or equal to -9x + 5x Next combine like terms on your right side.. 8x -6 greater than or equal to -4x Now you're going to subtract 8x by both sides which'll give you -6 greater than or equal to 4x. Divide both sides by -4 and flip your sign. :P

is it d?

OpenStudy (xmissalycatx):

It is A
