I've been doing a little research and it appears according to Wikipedia: "Given enough pressure, the normal vertical temperature gradient is inverted such that the air is colder near the surface of the Earth. This can occur when, for example, a warmer, less-dense air mass moves over a cooler, denser air mass." So I believe you are correct for the first one. I will do some more research for the others. ^.^

Righto. For the third one I believe you are correct. A good way to remember pressure systems is: High and Dry and Low and Wet.

Uhm, so. According to a previously asked question on another site: " Barometric pressure rises when wetter, colder air comes through. Cold air is automatically more dense than hot air and the higher water content makes the air denser still. So to answer your questions a rising barometer could indicate everything but warm dry air."

Aye, this one is a confusing one. Normally when it's about to rain you tend to see more clouds gathering in the sky. But as for the temperature, the air can be humid or cold. It's not entirely a fair question if you think about it. :/
