1. Native Americans
• Native American’s had a huge impact on the war, even if it was for the Loyalists. Most of the Native population joined the war so they could prevent the colonists from taking over their land. The British were more persuasive to the Natives then the American’s, so they fought on their side. The British army had that many more soldiers fighting with them, which gave them countless victories on the battlefield.

2. Women
• Even if they weren’t directly in the war, would help the patriots fight against the British. They would organize protests and boycotts, demonstrate against British policies, and manage households and businesses when their husbands were away. Some were even on the Battlefield and assisted soldiers. Others were spies. But, because not all women could fight in the war, they had less of an impact then the Native Americans.
3. African Americans
• African American’s were on both sides of the war. They fought with both the patriots and the loyalists. They would only fight, though, if they could be freed or were paid money. While they did fight, they weren’t as impactful as the women and the Native American’s.
