you solve .. fx - x^2 - 3x - 2 =0 step 2. fx- x^2-3x-2 = 0 so the answer is no solution.

I don't know how I would write no solution then for g(x)?

I believe there is a solution. Since you're reflecting across the X axis, all signs should be changed in the original equation. Extra: If it was reflecting across the Y-axis, only the 3x would change signs
