When writing linear equations, how do you determine which form of a line to use?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what r the answer choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there are no answer choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do they have a diagram or sumtin

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no its just a question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually it depends on what you are using it for. slope intercept is great if you need to graph it. general form is better if you are using it in a system of equations. ultimately it shouldn't matter because th…

It does not matter because they are equivalent. You can always convert from a slope-intercept form to a standard linear form (and vice versa).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so thats your answer?
