OpenStudy (bunnykitten02):

please help I am not good with inequalities on number lines The solution to which inequality is shown? https://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1402500_1403000/1402856/1/965a2aed31920e29302eadfed47d12ffe9604b98/MS_PA_130528_200026.jpg A. y + 5 ≤ 4 B. y + 5 < 4 C. y + 5 ≥ 4 D. y + 5 > 4

So the "Dot" implies that the point -1 IS in the inequality. So when you look at the picture, it has to be either -1 or something higher. Which gives you \[y \ge-1\]

Now try and find that in one of your answer :)

OpenStudy (bunnykitten02):

how do i do that sorry im not the brightest leaf on the bush

OpenStudy (bunnykitten02):

anybody

OpenStudy (bunnykitten02):

@Tommynaiter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Take a look at C: \[y+5\ge4\] Subtract 5 from each side: \[y \ge-1\]

OpenStudy (bunnykitten02):

thank yall
