Find the slope of that line. There's a standard formula for finding slope when you're given two points. What is that formula? Once you have the slope, write out the "point-slope" formula for a straight line, substituting the coordinates of one of the points (doesn't matter which one).
MARC and I have chosen to recommend different forms of the equation for a straight line, but that's perfectly OK. Both forms will work.
