@ShadowLegendX and no they don't
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
Do they have multiple choice answers available?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
no. :/
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
I really would like to assume <BDA and <CDA are 90 degree angles
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
Do you think there is enough information to make such a conclusion

If so, then this is a piece of cake
OpenStudy (anonymous):
umm I don't know :o
OpenStudy (anonymous):
D: are you still here?
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
Well we know BA and CA are congruent
As well as <BAD and <CAD being congruent
Also, they share a side, right in the middle(forget what thatʻs called), but that means they both share line AD, so they are congruent there as well
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ohh :o

but how do I find the answer
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
Thatʻs the thing, I remember some stuff from Geometry, but I havenʻt done it in a while.
And I lost my Geometry notebook as well, so I canʻt refer back to it.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Got it
OpenStudy (anonymous):
x is a 90 degree angle
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
@MysticalFlames You remember this?

Thought so
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yup
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
Now just have everything add up to 180 and itʻs cake.
@MysticalFlames I thought it would be 90 degrees, but I was unsure. When Iʻm unsure, I donʻt teach a user it as it could be incorrect, thus them learning something wrong. Ty for the assistance.

>_> <_<
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
180 = 90 + 47 + y

Solve
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
That will give you y
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so since triangles add up to 180 degrees 90+47+y=180
OpenStudy (anonymous):
43
OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):
with us already knowing x = 90. Since line AD and BC are perpendicular, we know that the angle adjacent to x is 90 degrees as well
