What do you think and why?
OpenStudy (landon34):
I have no idea on how you do this.
pooja195 (pooja195):
Ok let's try solving it :)
What do you think would be the first step?
-5 ≤ 4r + 3.
OpenStudy (landon34):
would you add 4r to each side to the equation?
pooja195 (pooja195):
Hmm not quite lets subtract 3 from both sides
-5-3=?

do we divide something?
pooja195 (pooja195):
Yes what do we divide?
OpenStudy (landon34):
I guess it is 3.
pooja195 (pooja195):
No when we are isolating a varible we divide by the number next to it
anywho when we divide by a positive we do not need to flip the sign when we divide by a negative we flip the sign :)
OpenStudy (landon34):
Ok, ill write that down
