24 scales?

OpenStudy (chantysquirrel1129**):

Haha, that's quite a question xD

OpenStudy (theraggedydoctor):

Isn't meant to be. Just asking if someone knows them or knows a website where I can print them from.

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

You can calculate them using the circle of fifths. Or by just applying the formula: T-T-ST-T-T-T-ST Byt applying this formula to any initial note, say for instance "A" you'll end up with 3 accidentals, meaning three sharps and if you go down a major 3rd you'll find it's relative minor which is f-sharp minor. If you are skilled enough, you can construct a cycle of fifths and fourths which you can refer to when denoting a scale in the staff. Here's an example: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/33/Circle_of_fifths_deluxe_4.svg/2000px-Circle_of_fifths_deluxe_4.svg.png
