SAS triangle defintion
Side, angle, side or (SAS) Congruent Triangles - Two sides and included angle (SAS) Definition: Triangles are congruent if any pair of corresponding sides and their included angles are equal in both triangles. There are five ways to test that two triangles are congruent.
SAS= side angle side Such as this: |dw:1450464232564:dw|
@hippo211 i dont understand your thinking and @pooja195 thanks but just looking for the definition
I see. SAS means side angle side
i know what SAS stands for i need the defintion
SAS stands for "side, angle, side" and means that we have two triangles where we know two sides and the included angle are equal. http://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/triangles-congruent-finding.html
what i gave was the definition but pooja195 or I can probably come up with a different answer
included angle?
Yes the angle in between the sides.
the angle that the 2 lines have in common
i dont understand how to write this
like in @pooja195 's example segment AC and BC they have the common point of <C so if we had a degree of angle for C and a length for AC and BC we can find the length for DC and EC.
i dont understand how to write the definition to my understanding
SAS=Side angle side. Possible when we have two sides and an angle in the middle
so if you cant answer that question please leave and i will get it from someone else
i dont think that is a definition not with possible
It's hard to explain when you aren't willing to learn.
i am but i got with out you guys you have to explain better than that its harder for some people to understand
