I know this is a math section but what are reserved powers when it comes to the U.S government?
Here is a brief description. Reserved powers or residual powers are those powers which are not "enumerated" (written down, assigned). In various federal and decentralized political systems, certain subjects are assigned to either the central (or federal) government or the regional (or state or provincial) government; however it is not possible to list all possible subjects that might be legislated on for all time. Therefore, the framers of major constitutional documents tend to assign all other subjects that may arise after the document is enacted to one of the two orders of government. In Canada, for example, the reserved powers lie with the federal government; in the United States, the reserved powers lie with the constituent states. Reserved powers are distinguished from concurrent powers (which are shared by the federal and constituent governments). Reserved powers are also distinguished from exclusively delegated powers, such as the exclusive federal powers in the United States.
If you look up "What are reserved powers?." You should get simpler answers
Posting questions in the wrong group purposefully is not a good idea. @Whitemonsterbunny17
Haha they all say "There was no one in that topic though."
They post questions here because not a lot of people go to the other sections. The math section is the most studied subject c:
So they post their questions here to get some more help.
What if everyone start doing that?
Hello. We would all love to help you, but please post your questions in the proper sections. If you aren't getting any fast help in the proper subject, simply try tagging some users who could help. Please don't purposefully post questions in the wrong sections in the future, okay?
I know that some of the mods allow it.
Ban hammer activated. *chhhhhh sssss.... boom!*
Because not everyone goes to the history section.
I don't allow it.
And then plus, the people that are tagged many times don't even help.
Yes I think English and Math are the two most popular.
You're not a mod, so c:
But I'm the batman.
Exactly, what BigPoppa said.^
Let's please stop arguing. This is spam because it has purposefully been posted in the incorrect section.
We aren't arguing haha.
i apologize it wont happen again
Yes, it has been purposely posted in here so the person can get some help. I'm pretty sure if the person posted it in the history section, they wouldn't have gotten any help.
Many people have posted their question in the math section that isn't related to math.
They can get help if they tag the right users.
If you don't know who to tag, ask for help in the chats.
The right users, but not everyone knows the "right users".
If you see in the chats, many times people just go and ignore the people who are asking for help.
Tag me, I can he your hero baby. I can wash away the pain. I also can help with these questions.
Chanty that is not the point. Either way he need to post his question in the correct topic.
Thank you @BigPoppa117
Some mods allow it, and I realize he posted it in the wrong section. But he posted it here because he can get more help if he pots it in a section where MANY people can see it.
Anyhow, let us not continue to spam this poor user's post. If you have any complaints, feel free to message me.
Look in the history section. Not many questions are answered.
He could have googled "What are the reserved powers in the United States Government?" and gotten an answer.
And some mods allow it.
Why would you google it? He has OpenStudy.
So people can HELP him.
I don't allow it in Gotham.
Because google is just as great of a resource as openstudy.
Batman lol get out haha
Okay, that's enough. Stop replying. Any replies after this are considered as spam, and warnings will be issued. Just stop. If you have complaints, message a Moderator.
I shall do that then c:
