Which sentence correctly punctuates the adverb clause? A. If you want to go swimming, you must wait 30 minutes after eating. B. You must wait 30 minutes after you eat, if you want to go swimming. C. You must wait 30 minutes if you want to go swimming after you eat.

Atsie (atsie):

C reads like a run on basically and has no apprehension of punctuation in concordance with the adverb clause. So if you read A and B, which one makes the most sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b

Atsie (atsie):

I can understand how you'd pick B, but thats actually incorrect. A is your best bet. :)
