A complete sentence is a group of words related by meaning, which: Starts with a capital letter and ends with a period (exclamation or question marks); Has a subject and a verb predicate (which should agree with each other in number); Has a complete thought. Fragments are incomplete sentences. Usually, fragments are pieces of sentences that have become disconnected from the main clause. One of the easiest ways to correct them is to remove the period between the fragment and the main clause. Other kinds of punctuation may be needed for the newly combined sentence. A run-on is a sentence in which two or more independent clauses (i.e., complete sentences) are joined without an appropriate punctuation or conjunction. This should help @studyowls
