There are various ways in which you could approach this problem. Note that you have two negative exponents outside parentheses. Did you know that you could invert such quantities to obtain a positive exponent outside the parentheses?
\[(p^2)^{-4}=\frac{ 1 }{ (p^2)^4 }\]
If you like I could calculate the value of your expression myself for comparison purposes, but I'd prfer you show me how you got your result.
HI! your answer is not right, probably best to multiply each exponent in the first set of parentheses by -4 and each exponents in the second set by -2 let me know what you get then it will be one more step
