I would prefer the oxford comma. Does a list turn a simple sentence into a compound sentence? Does a long list turn a sentence into a run-on sentence? Is three items a long list?
I Think Its A Compound Sentence. Is That Right?
I believe the answer would be C, a Compound Sentence. This would be because the sentence contains accurate grammar, but includes commas. In that case, that would cancel out the majority of simple sentences and run-on sentences.

Is the group of words a simple sentence, a compound sentence, or a run-on sentence? My puppy is well-trained; he can sit and speak A. simple sentence B. run-on sentence C. compound sentence
Is It A Run On?
I believe it is a compound sentence. It is held together by a semi-colon in order to hold the two ideas together. However, I can see how you can think it's a run-on, since it can be seperated into two sentences. It is not a run-on sentence because of the separation of the sentence's segments by the semi-colon.
