Why is more than half of Earth’s fresh water supply difficult to use? It is frozen into polar ice caps and glaciers. Lakes and streams are heavily polluted. It is groundwater, and is difficult to locate. It is located deep within the Earth where drilling a well is difficult.

Well, in these current questions needing a response, think about this: A - it is frozen in polar ice-caps and glaciers Now first off, if you need to double check to make sure glaciers are made freshwater. Once you have reserved that : see if humans are able to exceed towards getting the water out, and the after affects towards the polar caps if they tried. B- Lakes and Streams are heavily polluted Does pollution have much to do with humanity and their fresh-water. Well, check to see the percentage of how many Lakes and streams are fresh water and if so, if the water is exceed-able.. C- It is groundwater, and is difficult to locate I could see much of the water being groundwater, making it a great distractor, yet have people ever had an issue locating it if so? D- It is located deep within the Earth's Core where drilling is difficult How would the water have gotten so far down that you can't drill it out without evaporating during the operation due to the core's heat?
