1. How would "For Whom the Bell Tolls" change if the point of view were changed? (I realize it's third person limited omniscient, I'm just not sure how it would change anything in the context of the story) 2. What is the primary conflict of "For Whom the Bell Tolls"? Is it internal or external? How does the protagonist deal with the conflict? (Answering one of these questions or even just a piece of one of them would be much appreciated. I realize that it seems like I'm asking you to do my homework, but I truly am lost with this text).
Think about how the POV would change in first person. Could you understand the character better? Would you not have been there during a certain event? Would you feel differently about the actions of the character? I haven't read the book, just giving some generic questions to get you started.
