Hey Ginger :) Can you determine what mixed number is located at T? It's half way between 6 and 6 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how would i do that?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Divide the 1/4 in half. Or if you prefer, change 1/4 to a decimal. So we want the number which is half way between 6 and 6.25

zepdrix (zepdrix):

6.18? Hmm, I don't think that's half way :O Lil bit too big

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How about C ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zepdrix

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just find the mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(6+61/4)/2=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

u there?

OpenStudy (dayakar):

first u add 6 +61/4 what do u get

OpenStudy (dayakar):

it is \[12\frac{ 1 }{ 4 }\] find half of it
