1/3(x+1)-3/2(3x-2)-5/6(x-4)
Do you know how to open parentheses ?
this is like the second time I have been asked that XD today. I think so. Is it that i get lowest common denominator or something
Let me start it Step 1, divide the equation into parts LEt me do that for you into 3 parts 1/3(x+1) -3/2(3x-2) -5/6(x-4) Did you udnerstand what I did
Let me simplify the first part 1/3(x+1) open the parenthesis 1/3x + 1/3
this is so confusing >.<
Let me simplify part 2 -3/2(3x-2) -4.5x + 3
And the last part -5/6(x-4) -5/6x + 3.333
Now we combine the 3 parts we simplified before 1/3x + 1/3 - 4.5x + 3 -5/6x + 3.333
uh I totally know whats going on
Now we are going to add up the like terms -1.528x + 6.97
Sorry I am wrong missed the signs your answer will be -5x + 6.97 roughly
Hey if you still did not understand my method than you can use this awesome tool to make your job easier by copying and pasting your equation directly http://www.algebra.com/services/rendering/simplifier.mpl
thank you x
