Hmm, this one is fun, think I have an answer but I want to see what @math&ing001 has first :P

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

Since theta is neither related to x nor to y, we just check with the range. sec has a range of \[]-\infty,-1]\cup[1,+\infty[\] so sec^2(theta) >=1 \[ \frac{ 4xy }{ (x+y)^{2} }\ge 1\] Hence 0 >= (x-y)² So for this to be true you need x=y

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

thnks

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

no probs
