OpenStudy (greenpuppyz):

Which sentence uses punctuation and capitalization correctly? A. The Party will be at the Greek Restaurant on Friday. B. The party will be at the Greek Restaurant on Friday. C. The party will be at the Greek restaurant on Friday. I know this is easy But, its Confusing Me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is B, no doubt, since the restaurant's name is Greek Restaurant, so R is capital, sure, and so, as i see B) "The party will be at the Greek Restaurant on Friday " is correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm leaning more towards C because the restaurant's name isn't "Greek Restuarant". Greek is the adjective, it's describing the restaurant. They are going to a Greek restaurant for a party, not they are going to Greek Restaurant for a party. Hope this helps.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would be C because unless the name of the restaurant is "Greek Restaurant" (which i highly doubt it is) then the R would not need to be capitalized.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its C because restaurant does not have to be capitalized

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C because Greek is a country so it is proper.
