assuming that right is positive, you need to find the interval t where s(t) >0 within t = 0 and t = 15
How do I do that?

it might be that the particle is moving to the right but stays in the same position for ssome period during the first 15 seconds A graph would give you a picture of that.
You might try differentiating the function and see if there are any turning points
