No, all objects fall at the exact same rate of approximately 9.8 m/s^2 This is, of course, true if no external forces are acting on the objects falling (ex: air resistance). The reason why a feather falls more slowly than a brick is because of the force of air resistance acting upward. If you went to the moon and dropped both a feather and a brick, they would hit the ground at the same time
