I think the best approach is to find (f*g)(x) first then plug in -7 essentially for (f*g)(x) all you're doing is multiplying as requested, \[(f*g)(x) \implies (-3x-4)(2x-6)\]

And then you can find (f*g)(-7) by plugging in the value and evaluating!
