Using this as a guide: f(x) = 1/x describe the transformation that results in g(x). g(x) = -1/x Okay! Is this a translation 1 unit to the left? or would it be a reflection across the x or y axis? I really don't think it is the other answer, it says a translation 2 units to the left. Since the first number is 1, and the other is -1, I thought it would be 1 unit to the left. Am I right? Or is it reflection?
