(05.03)The equation shows the relationship between x and y: y = −7x + 9 What is the slope of the equation? −7 −2 7 9
what do you think it is?

So are you familiar with \(\Large{y=mx+b}\)....
well i think its -2 but not really sure and yes
the slope is m
i dont even know.
First off... The answer is'nt -2.... The slope is a number that is in slope-intercept form...and we only see -7 and 9 so would be possible for it to be -2....Now the slope would actually be m... \(\Large\color{red}{y=mx+b}\) \(\Large{~~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~~|}\) \(\Large{~~~~slope~~y-intercept}\)
your right.... its not even possibly -2 lol i feel stupid..... so can you explain how you got the slope
yeah he is right |dw:1455040059698:dw|
