Identify the sentence type. If that was the design, it certainly succeeded. simple compound complex compound-complex fragment

Hayhayz (hayhayz):

Simple, compound, complex http://www2.ivcc.edu/rambo/eng1001/sentences.htm

Hayhayz (hayhayz):

Fragments are parts of pieces; sentence fragments are the parts of an incomplete sentence. Sentence fragments are commonly found in the writings of both native and nonnative speakers. How do I identify sentence fragments? When you find yourself in one of the following situations, you have found sentence fragments: You did not see a subject; You did not see a verb; You did see both a subject and a verb, but you also see a subordinate word in the sentence, which makes the “sentence” a subordinate clause, not a sentence. (in other words, in numbers 1 and 2 above, they are also called phrases; number 3 is dependent clauses or subordinate clauses. They are the parts of a sentence or sentence fragments.)
