We first would set this data set in order..... \(\LARGE{12,15,17,22,27,28,33,33,36,43}\) Since there are only 10 numbers the median would be between \(\large{27}\) and \(\large{28}\) so we would draw a line between them both.... \(\LARGE{12,15,17,22,27|28,33,33,36,43}\) To find the 1st quartile we would find the median on the bottom half so we would find the median in the set of... \(\LARGE{12,15,17,22,27}\) What would be the median?
