when u multiply or divide the x , y co-ordinates u will get equivalent numbers it is a dilation example (8 , -4) given = ( 8/4 , - 4/4) = ( 2 , -1) {true} which is false that is ur answer

i tool -4 and divded it by 8 and got -2 i think the wrong is b 2 ,-2
