OpenStudy (truwhovian11):

medal and fan for the first person to help me Solve the inequality. 2 < g - 3 A g < - 5 B g > 5 C g < 5 D g < - 1

OpenStudy (truwhovian11):

@RhondaSommer

OpenStudy (freckles):

we need to get g by itself what do we need to do to both sides to get g by itself?

RhondaSommer (rhondasommer):

how would you solve it if \[2 < g - 3\]was\[2 = g - 3\]instead?

OpenStudy (melich):

add 3 to both sides

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Simply add 3 to both sides to get the variable `g` to itself.... \(\Huge{2<g(-3+3) \rightarrow 2+3<g}\) `-3 +3` Cancels each other out to make 0 in which we would simplify just need to add `2 and 3`.
