my answer: --> The Preamble to the Constitution is a preliminary, brief deceleration of the law at labor. Its also mentioned innumerable presentations, legal opinions, and in a song from Schoolhouse Rock. The Preamble will not be defined in legal actions to discuss any privilege or the ability not accepted in the constitution.

I would include that the word "Justice" is capitalized as referring to when the British were treating the colonists unfairly. The British often denied having a trial by peers and took them back to England for a trial. They also denied freedom of speech that was included in the previous English Bill of Rights which was the basis for the Bill of Rights we know today in the U.S. It is capitalized to stress the importance of having a fair country that believed in justice and other basic universal rights.
