@aaronq

alones (alones):

@aaronq

alones (alones):

\[\frac{ 6a }{ 8b } \div \frac{ 10c }{ 12d }=\frac{ 2m^2 }{ n }\]

OpenStudy (aaronq):

what are you solving for?

alones (alones):

can u check ;3

alones (alones):

Perform the indicated operation.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

but none of the variables are the same.. does a=c=n?

alones (alones):

No

alones (alones):

Oh provably like that \[\frac{ 9ac }{ 10db}\]

alones (alones):

heh

OpenStudy (aaronq):

ohh that makes more sense. and that is correct

alones (alones):

Or maybe \[\frac{ 9ac }{ 10 }\]

alones (alones):

Oh lol okay thanks ;)

OpenStudy (aaronq):

wait it should be 9ad/10bc

alones (alones):

arrrong daamn u confuse me

OpenStudy (aaronq):

because \(\dfrac{(\frac{a}{b})}{(\frac{c}{d})}=\dfrac{ad}{bc}\)

alones (alones):

Luny really -.- Oooo aaarong yesh this formula

alones (alones):

heh

OpenStudy (aaronq):

lol sure

OpenStudy (aaronq):

anyway, Alone, do you understand how to manipulate the fraction?

OpenStudy (queenie):

when dividing fractions, flip what u r dividing by, then multiply...right ?

OpenStudy (queenie):

I get it now....thx

Elsa213 (elsa213):

I dont knowwwww I was just staljing erica e.e Sorry ;-;

Elsa213 (elsa213):

Stalking*

Elsa213 (elsa213):

There are many smart users, @lunymoony

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

6a/8b÷10c/12d=(2m^2)/n 6a 3a --- = --- 8b 4b 10c 5c ---- = --- 12d 6d 3a --- 4b 3a 6d 9ad ----- = --- * --- = ----- 5c 4b 5c 10bc --- 6d

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

@ganeshie8 what is here please ? ty

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

@Hero

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

hi @AloneS

hero (hero):

Yeah, @jhonyy9 is smart, he had a good approach, but I would have finished it by simplifying it this way instead: \(\dfrac{\dfrac{3a}{4b}\times24bd}{\dfrac{5c}{6d} \times 24bd} = \dfrac{9ad}{10bc} \)

alones (alones):

Oh thanks ;3 I just needed this reviewed

hero (hero):

Don't you still have to solve for a particular variable @AloneS

alones (alones):

No. I just need that. Thanks

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

<<Yeah, @jhonyy9 is smart, he had a good approach >> thank you very much @Hero

alones (alones):

What about aaron? ;3

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

He smart too, but math probably isn't his strong suit. Probably History or Science, both of which are mathematical in their own right, and he is quite excellent as such.

alones (alones):

You sureay stalked him before saying that.

alones (alones):

*surely

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

Don't spam, and everything I said wasn't about him.

alones (alones):

You're the one whos continuing it.

OpenStudy (lunymoony):

If you say so, then I must have.
