the slope is generally given by the tangent of the angle you need to find the height where it touches the wall then you can use tan = opposite/adjacent. To find the height you need to use Pythagoras - however - if you have ever seen the "3,4,5" triangle which is a special case of Pythagoras then you may be able to se a very quick solution to finding the height
