@volleyballlover55 You have a tough question subject to interpretation. It depends on what the parking rules are. If these cars http://www.crookedbrains.net/2009/09/cars.html are allowed in the parking lot, then it is not a function. If they are not allowed, then I agree with @amTranBus By the way, Google defines a car having "generally" 4 wheels, while most of the other dictionary have no mention of the number of wheels.
