OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

What would be the consequence of absence of tRNA in the cytoplasm? The function of tRNA would be taken up by rRNA and protein synthesis would continue. The correct amino acids won't be transferred to the ribosome, and protein synthesis would fail. The function of tRNA would be taken up by mRNA and protein synthesis would mutate.

@Setsuna-Yuregeshi

OpenStudy (setsuna-yuregeshi):

Remind me, what's the cytoplasm

OpenStudy (setsuna-yuregeshi):

?

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

it is the dense liquid in a cell

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

the material or protoplasm within a living cell, excluding the nucleus.

OpenStudy (setsuna-yuregeshi):

Sorry, I'm not really sure on this one, but I have a feeling it's the second one

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

ok hold on

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

@Help_me

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

i think you are right

OpenStudy (setsuna-yuregeshi):

But maybe I can kinda help, What do you know about tRNA?

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

it transfers proteins around the cell

OpenStudy (help_me):

kk im here

OpenStudy (gray_wolf):

help_me what do you think?
