Help

OpenStudy (bellezabrilla):

@agent0smith it's (4k+5)(k+1)=0

OpenStudy (sshayer):

multiply 4k+5 with k+1

OpenStudy (bellezabrilla):

using the foil method ?

OpenStudy (sshayer):

any

OpenStudy (bellezabrilla):

but i solved for k and I got k=\[\frac{ -5 }{ 4 } , -1\]

OpenStudy (sshayer):

either 4k+5=0,k=? or k+1=0 k=? you are correct.

OpenStudy (sshayer):

no need to multiply. if solving by quadratic method then only multiply

OpenStudy (sshayer):

if a*b=0 then either a=0 or b=0 or both 0

OpenStudy (bellezabrilla):

ahh okay thank you so much !!! the thing is that I was a little bit confused but now I understand it better thxss for your help,.. I really appreciate it :)
