PLEASE HELPPP>>>WILL GIVE MEDAL & FANN<<<

OpenStudy (jenessa_2413):

Student A silently reads a famous speech. Student B watches a video of the original speech being delivered to a crowd. How would the students' experiences differ? The text would allow Student A to understand the emotions of the speaker and the response of the audience. The video would be distracting. Students B would not fully appreciate the speaker's words and emotions. The video would allow Student B to hear the emotion in the speaker's voice and feel the impact the words had on the crowd. The words of the speech are the same in both cases. There would be no difference in the students' experiences.

PLEASE HELP

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

What do you think the answer is?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Try to use process of elimination and you should get the correct answer :)

OpenStudy (jenessa_2413):

ok

OpenStudy (jenessa_2413):

i think its either A or C

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

How can you hear the response of the audience by reading the speech? :P

OpenStudy (jenessa_2413):

oh so its A?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Do you think it is possible to hear the response of an audience?

OpenStudy (jenessa_2413):

no?

OpenStudy (kewlgeek555):

Okay, so what are you still confused with @jenessa_2413 ?

OpenStudy (kewlgeek555):

Okay, so I see how @TheSmartOne is trying to help. So, forget about how the two students would feel. Think about how you would feel. Think about how you would feel if you were to read a speech, and how different it would be to listen to a speech. Another way to help you imagine this is to imagine if you were to read the script of your favorite comedy sitcom. How different would it be if you were to actually go to a live performance of your favorite comedy sitcom or even just watch the sitcom on tv with your friends? This should help you answer the question. Let me know. (:

OpenStudy (coookiethegreat123):

i think the answer is : The video would allow Student B to hear the emotion in the speaker's voice and feel the impact the words had on the crowd. Because it allows the watcher to actually see the face of the speaker and hear the tone of his or her voice.
