Hey! Next time, try to use one question per post to not make people feel overwhelmed. :P It seems all these questions are related to quotation marks and italicization in titles. So remember this: "A book title is italicized, and chapter titles (but not chapter numbers) are in quotation marks. A TV show title is italicized, but episode titles are in quotation marks. An album or CD title is put in italics, but the song titles are in quotation marks."
And also, something else. Although book titles are italicized, short stories are put in quotation marks.
