@Atsie

Atsie (atsie):

Uhm...whale....I forgots what an infinitive phrase was, so I'm looking it up now. xD

Atsie (atsie):

OKey, so an infinitive phrase is a verbal construction made up of a particle word " to " and it kind of is the baseform of a verb....... So "They don't have the sense to come in out of the rain." We are attempting to look for the function of this infinitive phrase we also need to take note of the fact that it mainly functions as noun, an adjective, or an adverb. If that is the case, we can automatically eliminate B and C. There is only A and D left. A being an adjective, an adjective functions as mainly a describing word and an adverb (which is D obviously) functions as a modifier for verb, or an adjective....and I think any word group as well. Does this help you pin point your answer a bit better?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

Yup. c: Imma go with D. Thank you Atsie!!

Your welcome! ^.^
