@baozipotato97 Typically this problem cannot be "solved". The only way to find the answer is to substitute (4,6) into each equation and see if the equation is valid. I'll try the last one for you: Point equal (4,6), which means that x=4 and y=6. We will put x=4 into the (last) equation and see if y comes out to be 6. y=-4x+10=-4(4)+10=-16+10=-6 Since y does not equal 6, so the last equation is not the answer. If you do the same check for each of the first three equations, you will find one that works, i.e. the point (4,6) lies on the line represented by the equation.
